We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life through occupational therapy interventions.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing care plans for patients
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Conduct therapy sessions in various settings such as clinics, medical imaging departments, home health, and acute care facilities
*Experience*
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Familiarity with occupational health practices
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous
