Corporate & Executive Coordinator Beachy Construction Inc. | Full-Time | Travel Required Company Description Beachy Construction Inc. is a commercial and industrial real estate development firm operating across the United States. We develop, design, and deliver large-scale commercial and industrial projects with speed, precision, and high standards. We are a team of operators who take full ownership of our work, and encourage all new team members to bring that same level of accountability and professionalism. Position Overview The Corporate & Executive Coordinator is the direct operational extension of BCI's executive leadership, managing the flow of information, people, schedules, and decisions that keep the firm moving. Think less "assistant" and more VP-level operator who makes sure the right information gets to the right people at the right time. You will be in the room, given visibility into the parts of the business that drive every major decision, and expected to exercise sound judgment with minimal direction. BCI invests fully in the people who carry this kind of responsibility. What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact and coordination hub for executive and corporate leadership
Manage all scheduling for the executive and VP team, including flights, pilots, and ground logistics — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Plan, coordinate, and execute executive events including client dinners, corporate functions, and leadership gatherings from concept through completion
Attend and support board meetings, legal counsel sessions, and government meetings; serve as official note-taker and ensure accurate, organized documentation
Manage all incoming calls, emails, and communications on behalf of leadership during critical meetings or high-priority periods
Ensure every meeting starts and runs on time
Coordinate all business travel logistics, including scheduling vehicles and professional drivers as needed
Manage documentation, legal paperwork, and action item handoff across all events and meetings
Handle sensitive and high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism
Travel domestically and internationally as required by the executive team
Who You Are
You understand that operating at this level means you are trusted as a senior member of the team, not managed as support staff
You are calm under pressure and decisive when it matters — you assess situations quickly, make a call, and follow through
You communicate clearly and professionally at every level — with board members, investors, legal counsel, and government contacts alike
You can move from a boardroom setting in the morning to a sensitive, high-pressure situation in the afternoon without losing your composure or professionalism
You are discreet by default — confidential information stays confidential, without exception
You take full ownership of your responsibilities and follow through without being prompted or managed
