Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Front End React Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and real-time trading application development. The ideal candidate should have experience building high-performance front-office trading platforms with strong focus on scalability, usability, and low-latency data handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain front-end features for trading applications used by EQ Derivatives Execution Technology.
- Develop scalable React and TypeScript components for real-time trading workflows.
- Integrate applications with internal APIs, WebSocket streaming services, and real-time data grids.
- Optimize UI performance, responsiveness, and reliability for high-volume trading environments.
- Contribute to automated testing using Jest and React Testing Library (RTL).
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and support teams to deliver production-ready releases.
- Follow strong SDLC, code quality, and Agile development practices.
Required Skills
- Advanced experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and Redux.
- Strong experience with API integration and WebSocket-based real-time applications.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library (RTL), and frontend test automation.
- Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of real-time data grids and trading UIs.
- Experience working in front-office trading technology or financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, debugging, and production support.
