Overview Bassmaster is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to help bring one of the most iconic brands in outdoor sports to life across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for an emerging designer who’s excited about storytelling, content, and creating work that connects with a passionate fanbase. You’ll contribute across a range of projects — from magazine design to social media and marketing campaigns — helping ensure consistency, creativity and quality across everything we publish. What You’ll Do
Design engaging creative for print media, social and marketing channels aligned with Bassmaster brand standards
Print production work, including file preparation, submission and post-production best practices
Support editorial-style layouts and visual storytelling
Create and adapt graphics for campaigns, partnerships and always-on content
Assist with photo editing, selection and keywording to support content discovery
Collaborate with marketing, content and production teams on creative concepts
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints
Manage revisions, updates and asset organization across projects
What You Bring
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom; After Effects or Figma is a plus)
Strong eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy
Understanding of digital and social-first design best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Bonus Points
Experience creating content for social media platforms
Basic motion or animation skills
Studio photography experience
Interest in sports, outdoor culture, or storytelling-driven brands
