Working closely with experienced AI engineers, data engineers, and product teams, the AI Engineer helps prototype, evaluate, and operationalize AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Assisting in the design and development of applications leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt‑based systems.
Collaborating with API and platform teams to ensure robustness, scalability, security, and quality of AI‑enabled services.
Creating, fine‑tuning, and adapting pre‑trained models to meet specific business and technical requirements.
Monitoring model outputs to assess quality, bias, security, and continued relevance, supporting Responsible AI practices.
Proposing, executing, and documenting experiments, prompts, evaluations, and system designs to drive continuous improvement.
Supporting model evaluation, experimentation, and deployment activities within modern MLOps workflows.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, preferably with a focus on Data and AI.
Be proficient in Python and SQL, with experience working in modern data, analytics, and AI development environments.
Have a solid understanding of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
Demonstrate hands‑on interest or experience with Generative AI, LLM‑based systems, and prompt engineering.
Have working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including AI or data services.
Be familiar with APIs, vector databases, and modern AI system architectures.
Be comfortable collaborating across engineering, product, architecture, and data teams.
Show curiosity, structured problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to continuously learn in a fast‑moving field.
