Position Summary The HR Director oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. This role partners closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure staffing excellence across all departments. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of HR leadership/management experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance
Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
