Role Description
We are seeking a Power Apps Developer for a full-time on-site position located in Bethesda, MD. The Developer will design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Power Apps solutions to replace an Oracle ColdFusion solution for a government customer. Responsibilities include customizing Power Apps applications, integrating systems using connectors, migrating from ColdFusion to Power Apps, creating and managing databases, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The role also involves troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software to optimize functionality while collaborating with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and coding languages (JavaScript, HTML, Power Fx preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL
- Integration experience with REST APIs and Azure services
- Experience with Databases and systems integration
- Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for user interface customization
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and maintain applications
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years' experience developing with Microsoft Power Apps & with the Power App platform
- Experience supporting government customers and regulations and compliance
- Experience with AI Builder or a plus
- Experience with Oracle ColdFusion a plus
