Avalanche Advertising is a boutique digital marketing agency headquartered in Cleveland. We run high-performance paid media, SEO, reputation management, and marketing automation for clients mainly in CLE. We are hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to work directly with the founder. This is a ground-floor role with a clear growth path. You will learn every part of an agency from the inside and own the work that drives our local presence in Cleveland. What you will do:
Coordinate in-person client meetings, site visits, and Cleveland-area events
Capture local content for LinkedIn, case studies, and speaking engagements
Support founder calendar, inbox triage, and prep for sales and partner meetings
Run local prospect research and warm outreach support
Coordinate cross-team project timelines and client deadlines
Handle vendor, office, and local administrative tasks
Build operational SOPs as you learn each function
Who you are:
1 to 4 years of experience in marketing, agency, or operations work, or strong demonstrated aptitude
Cleveland-based and able to work in person multiple days per week
Sharp, organized, naturally proactive
Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to own outcomes
Curious about marketing technology, paid media, SEO, and the business of running an agency
Strong written and verbal communication
