**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Business Development. The VP of Business Development will lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, formulate strategic growth plans, and negotiate contracts. Responsibilities include developing partnerships, managing key client relationships, driving sales, and steering account growth to achieve revenue goals. The role requires a proactive and strategic leader who can expand the organization’s market presence and drive business success.

**Qualifications**

- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning.

- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Sales to establish and close business deals effectively.

- Experience in Account Management, including managing and cultivating strong client relationships.

- Ability to build partnerships, demonstrate strategic thinking, and deliver measurable results.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in relevant industries, preferably in food and beverage or consumer goods.

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while driving results.
