**About The Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Marketing Analytics Manager ** to join our team, reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics. In this highly visible role, you'll be a key partner to marketing stakeholders, data engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

You're a hands-on expert who will own critical measurement frameworks, build and maintain insightful dashboards, and develop sophisticated attribution models. You won't just report the numbers; you'll be expected to uncover deep insights, make strategic recommendations, and drive the business forward through data-driven storytelling.

This position is **hybrid (3 days per week in office) ** and is located in **Austin, TX.**

**About The Team**

Our Marketing Analytics team is the strategic data hub within the Marketing organization. Our mission is to empower marketers with a strong data foundation, accessible insights, and strategic guidance. What will you be doing?

You will serve as a strategic marketing analytics partner, leveraging deep data analysis, advanced measurement models, and experimentation to provide actionable insights. Your core mission is to empower the marketing team with data-driven strategies, optimize campaign performance, and champion a culture of data-centric decision-making across the organization to drive business growth and maximize ROI.

- **Lead Deep-Dive Analysis: ** Perform sophisticated analyses using advanced SQL, data modeling, and statistical techniques to uncover actionable insights that drive marketing strategy and execution.

- **Own the Measurement Framework: ** Design, build, and maintain robust marketing measurement models, including but not limited to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and customer lifetime value (LTV) to assess marketing efficiency and ROI.

- **Drive Experimentation: ** Own the end-to-end process for A/B and incrementality testing, from hypothesis generation and experimental design to analysis and strategic recommendations.

- **Be a Strategic Partner: ** Serve as a key analytics partner to Marketing stakeholders. Translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives and actionable strategies to grow the business.

- **Enhance Data Infrastructure: ** Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to develop and automate robust reporting, dashboards, and underlying data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- **Champion a Data-Driven Culture: ** Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert. Elevate the team’s collective knowledge by sharing your experience, and evangelize an analytics mindset across the entire marketing organization to help shape a more data-centric culture.

What are we looking for?

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

- 5+ years of experience in an analytics role, with at least 3+ years focused specifically on marketing analytics.

- Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction in a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery is a plus), combined with strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels).

- Deep, hands-on experience in marketing measurement, including attribution modeling (MTA, MMM), incrementality analysis, and experimental design (A/B testing), with a strong understanding of the underlying statistical principles.

- Proven experience building insightful and user-friendly dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

- A strategic mindset with the ability to connect complex data directly to business goals and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**About The Role**

This is an internship role within the Information Technology department and under the Information Security Office Group.

**2026 Auctane Summer Internship Program:**

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program. Students graduating in May 2026 are not eligible for the program

**Duration:**

Paid, 9-week internship

**Schedule:**

40 hours per week, with the exception of the week of July 4th.

**Program Dates:**

- June 9, 2026 — First day of onsite orientation

- August 13, 2026 — Final day of the program

**Location:**
