**Vice President of Operations (Remote) **

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Operations to join our executive leadership team. In this high-impact, 100% remote role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the operational frameworks that fuel our global growth.

As the VP of Operations, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and tactical execution. You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, optimize business processes, and lead a high-performing distributed team to ensure operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Partner with the executive team to define long-term operational goals and ensure they align with the company’s overall business strategy.

Operational Excellence: Design and scale internal processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and bottom-line performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central hub between departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance) to eliminate silos and ensure seamless execution of company-wide initiatives.

Remote Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, remote workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Performance Metrics (KPIs): Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track operational health and provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making.

Resource & Budget Management: Oversee operational budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI while maintaining lean and agile operations.

Compliance & Risk: Ensure all business operations adhere to relevant US regulations and company policies while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.

Qualifications

Experience: 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (VP or Director level).

Remote Fluency: Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and distributed teams in a fully remote or hybrid environment.

Scale Mindset: Experience scaling a high-growth company (e.g., Series B to IPO or mid-market to enterprise).

Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable operational strategies.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
