Key Responsibilities
Write procedural documentation for the financial services industry
Understand banking and credit union products, services, and operational procedures
Utilize banking/credit union software such as LoansPQ, Teller Navigator, and DataSafe
Work with internal collaboration tools and knowledge bases
Demonstrate advanced technical writing skills with a user-centric approach
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Manage time effectively and provide excellent customer service
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
2+ years of experience in writing procedural documentation
Experience in the financial services industry
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
