Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

About the Role
- Job Title: Technical Writer
- Location: Sacramento, 95826
Key Responsibilities
- Write procedural documentation for the financial services industry
- Understand banking and credit union products, services, and operational procedures
- Utilize banking/credit union software such as LoansPQ, Teller Navigator, and DataSafe
- Work with internal collaboration tools and knowledge bases
- Demonstrate advanced technical writing skills with a user-centric approach
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Manage time effectively and provide excellent customer service
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in writing procedural documentation
- Experience in the financial services industry
