Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive paralegal support in plaintiff-side employment litigation matters
- Assist with case management from intake through trial or settlement
- Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Manage deadlines, filings, and document production
- Support attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, and mediations
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Employment Paralegal
- Strong background in Labor & Employment law, including: Wage & Hour matters, Class Actions, Wrongful Termination, Retaliation, Whistleblower claims, and PAGA cases
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment
