Position Title: Project Architect
Job Captain is in charge of distinct portions of the project under periodic supervision and mentorshipof the project leadership. This opening represents an excellent opportunity to join a highly creative, collaborative team while working on inspiring architectural projects
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Production and coordination of drawing sets during all phases of design, under the direction of the Project Architect
  • Oversee select portions of the project. Take initiative and show good judgment
  • Collaborate at team level, communicating effectively on design solutions and documentation
  • Apply firm standards and conduct reviews of own work
  • Manage time and workload to meet project deadlines with periodic input from project leaders.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a team member on suitable projects in terms of type and size
  • Experience being in charge of distinct portions of projects
  • Strong organization and communication skills. Be a great team player
  • Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam required, Sketchup and/or Rhino preferred
  • A well-developed design sense and good graphical skills
  • Understanding of building materials, details, and construction techniques
  • Residing within the Bay Area preferred
  • Professional degree in Architecture / LEED accreditation preferred
