-  Leading the preparation of design packages from conceptualization to construction documents for multidisciplinary energy projects up to 1000V. This includes drawings and calculations for single line diagrams, electrical layouts, utility plans, along with their associated specifications.

-  Lead the Preparation of Interconnection Permits and Load Letters.

-  Deliver feasibility studies and red flag reports.

-  Produce Energy Modeling to quantify energy needs, and right-size equipment for a given set of parameters.

-  Provide construction support.

-  Present work product to client and be able to capture feedback.

-  Develop technical proposal for prospective work.

**Is this role right for you?**

-  Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering,

-  At least 8 years experience working in the renewable power generation sector at an urban or utility scale.

-  Experience performing electrical engineering calculations as well as developing detailed design drawings and specification packages.

-  PE license or eligible to obtain PE license, and willingness/ability to take on the Electrical Engineer of Record (EOR) role on projects

-  Must possess strong technical communication skills (writing and verbal) and be able to read and interpret technical literature and engineering plans.

-  Ability to perform power system techno-economic evaluations using software such as PVSyst, Helioscope, Homer or Xendee software is preferred

-  Experience with AutoCAD software, modeling, design and/or analysis software is preferred

-  Ability to perform engineering and design calculations for utility scale facilities (solar, BESS, substation, wind, etc.) such as grounding study, short circuit study, cable ampacity study, load flow study, layout, yield study and AC/DC voltage drop calculation is preferred

The Marketing Winning Work Coordinator prov ides professional input supports winning work activities within the geography. The role provides operational and proposal support across the pursuit and bid lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities and established winning work practices.

The Coordinator works closely with bid directors, bid managers, and technical teams to support pursuit planning, proposal development, and interview preparation, contributing to high-quality client submissions. **Key Responsiblities**

-  Works with Bid Directors and Bid Managers throughout all stages of the pursuits process.

-  Supports bid coordination to deliver compelling, client-focused submissions.

-  Liaises with technical teams, schedulers, project managers and other contributors for timely receipt of information required to meet internal and external (client) deadlines and priorities.

-  Coordinates content for Arup’s bid and pitch documents.

-  Knowledgeable in the use of best practice tools, templates and resources to support effective pursuits and bidding to enhance effectiveness across the wider business.

-  Updates bid data in the use of bid sites, SharePoint databases and CRM

**Market and Client focus**

-  Support client-facing activities including research to support positioning activities and providing input on presentations and interview preparation.

**Qualifications and Accreditations**

-  Degree, postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Development or other relevant qualification.

-  Certification with APMP desirable .

**Knowledge And Experience**

-  3+ years’ relevant experience supporting pursuits and bids.

-  Experience of bid delivery at a local office geography scale.

-  Knowledge of AEC bidding and procurement methods.

-  Working with the technical staff and marketing team to ensure proposal process is followed, and to ensure quality and consistency in all proposal/ qualification documents.

-  Experience with CRM pipeline management and data management tools.
