Position Overview We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to help support and strengthen the operational infrastructure of the company. This role helps keep ARMCOA organized, coordinated, and operationally supported as we continue scaling across markets. The position works directly with leadership and supports both field and office operations across multiple markets. This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, resourceful, and capable of solving problems in a fast-paced operational environment. Industry experience in construction, property management, real estate operations, or related operational environments is strongly preferred. Core Responsibilities Systems and Operations Support
Maintain and support company operational systems and administrative infrastructure
Coordinate employee accounts, permissions, operational access, and onboarding setup
Maintain organized Shared Drives, SOPs, templates, and operational documentation
Support operational software, phone systems, and internal administrative workflows
Recruiting, Vendor Operations, and Onboarding
Support recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
Coordinate employee onboarding, equipment setup, and operational access
Support vendor recruiting, onboarding, and compliance coordination
Help maintain organized vendor and operational records
Permitting, Licensing, and Compliance
Coordinate permit applications and supporting documentation
Track permit statuses, licensing items, and municipal registrations
Maintain organized compliance and operational documentation
Office and Operational Logistics
Support office organization and day-to-day operational logistics
Coordinate employee materials, equipment, and operational resources
Assist with operational coordination and problem solving across departments
Internal Operations and Company Communications Support
Support operational leadership with coordination and follow-through
Assist with operational reporting, meeting coordination, and internal tracking
Coordinate company announcements, recruiting visibility, social media updates, and operational communications
Support recruiting and company visibility initiatives
