They will also handle performance management initiatives, offer strategic HR advice, and collaborate with senior leadership to support ARK’s objectives.

Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) management and HR Policies
- Strong knowledge in Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Laws
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
