Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Specialist based in Chester, VA. The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Key responsibilities include creating instructional materials, conducting engaging training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness to ensure quality and alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves fostering strong communication with employees, supporting onboarding efforts, and addressing ongoing development needs.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Expertise in Training & Development and Training delivery methods
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and course material creation
- Ability to provide effective training in both individual and group settings
- Experience in assessing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the financial services/credit union industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
