Role Description
If you have a strong track record in underwriting & analyzing multifamily real estate deals, studying market trends, an understanding of commercial real estate and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit. We are seeking excellent troubleshooters and communicators with exceptional organizational skills to join our rapidly growing real estate team.
The ideal Real Estate Analyst/Associate will have the ability to work with existing clients utilizing the Archer platform to its full capacity while also assisting prospective clients during proof of concept and trial periods. They will also be excellent at analyzing deals and driving future growth of the Archer platform. A self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment, you should be an innovative thinker with a passion for real estate.
Initially this role will be focused primarily on Customer Success & Support activities, but if inclined and skilled, will have the opportunity to explore Sales training and roles as well.
This is a hybrid role located in either OR, CA, or CO.

Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests regarding the Archer platform in a timely manner with explanations on necessary adjustments
- Address any questions that arise on how to best utilize the Archer Model, Excel Add-In and Investment Strategy Builder Platform
- Demonstrate a strong foundation of real estate terms to actively discuss deals, markets and trends with Archer clients
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our always evolving products and understand the nuances of how it can be used so that you’re able to support clients accordingly
- Demonstrate your expertise as you conduct pitch meetings and demos of Archer’s products
- Understanding how CRE Data is being adopted by the prospect and how they can translate it into business efficiencies or top-line revenue
- Strategize with team members to innovate and improve the overall Archer platform
- Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews, customer usage analysis and explaining the value of Archer for our customers
- Assist with research and analysis of market trends, underwriting trends and overall data analysis necessary for media and marketing materials
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5 years minimum analyst experience with a focus on multifamily deal analysis
- Experience Parsing T-12s and Rent Rolls from both Excel and PDF formats
- Ability to model a multifamily deal under different scenarios
- Strong working knowledge of Excel with the ability to troubleshoot issues and integrate into existing models
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach clients on the best uses of the Archer model and Investment Strategy Builder
- Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
- Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree
- Underwriting experience with real estate investment company or brokerage company
- Prior SaaS sales experience a plus
- Prior PropTech experience a plus
- Preferred work location: Oregon, Colorado or California
Compensation Based on Specific Role, Experience and Performance to Quota
- · Base Salary: Range of $60-$100k
- · Bonus/Commission Target: 25-50% of Base
