Job Description: The Sales Coordinator plays a key role on the wholesale team, supporting the execution of day-to-day tasks that keep the wholesale department running efficiently. This role is highly task-oriented, coordinating multiple projects and priorities while ensuring organization, accuracy, and consistent follow-through. Working closely with the Sales Manager and Director of Sales, the ideal candidate is proactive and adaptable, supporting the team through coordination of projects, logistics, tools, and processes to ensure the sales organization runs smoothly and is set up for success. This role is a critical support function for the team—someone who takes ownership of tasks, drives execution, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks. What You Will Work On:
Wholesale Support: Act as a key support resource for sales reps and the wholesale team, executing day-to-day requests, sales materials, and account needs.
Promo, Samples & Catalogs: Coordinate and manage inventory, tracking, shipping, and market needs for our wholesale team.
Showroom & Inventory Management: Maintain inventory, organization, merchandising, and readiness for meetings and trade shows.
Sales Tools Management: Maintain and manage sales tools (NuOrder and Dropbox), including seasonal updates and day-to-day accuracy.
MAP & Pricing: Support MAP monitoring, pricing updates, and compliance tracking.
Meeting Support: Participate in account and internal meetings, capturing action items and ensuring timely follow-through.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues between sales reps, customer service, finance, and operations (EDI requests, order delays, SKU changes, and order book review).
Content & Asset Coordination: Coordinate with marketing and product teams to secure necessary assets to support wholesale seasonal and ad hoc needs.
