Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a full-time, on-site role at our Millville, NJ location. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and forecasting, analyzing financial data and business trends, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role includes working closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

Role Description

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and forecasting, analyzing financial data and business trends, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role includes working closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, Power Query, and model auditing)
- Advanced Analytical Skills and experience interpreting complex financial data
- Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing Financial Statements
- Skilled in Financial Reporting with attention to accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience delivering actionable business insights
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (Power BI, SQL)
- Experience in manufacturing industries is preferred
