Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of projects from concept design to construction administration
- Develop and manage budgets for projects, including identifying need for and developing change orders
- Provide technical support to junior engineers throughout the duration of a project
- Assist in proposal development with scope and fee preparation
- Provide excellent customer service with frequent communications and project updates
- Participate in team activities including cross-training, staff meetings, brainstorming roundtables and mentoring
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Current and active Professional Engineering license; must be in good standing. 5+ years of Project management and design experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills are imperative to assist with ensuring schedule and budget needs are adhered to throughout various projects.
- 5+ relevant working experience and knowledge of drainage systems, water quality and stormwater control devices, hydraulic analysis, FDM design standards, DOT PS&E (Plan, Specifications & Estimates), site and roadway design, and project quality processes.
