The Role
We’re seeking a resourceful, technically sharp Applications Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, works collaboratively with clients and partners, and wants to be part of a company where their work directly impacts the future of manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in the CAPPS software suite and its integration with inspection systems and CNC platforms
  • Support our global distribution network with technical sales, demos, and customer engagement
  • Lead installations, training sessions, and troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site
  • Develop custom inspection programs based on client specifications
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored solutions that improve quality and efficiency
  • Travel as required to support client success and project execution - up to 2.5 weeks a month

Must Have Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in inspection, quality, metrology, or GD&T
  • Confidence in presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset
  • Flexibility and willingness to work hours that align with client schedules
  • Qualified to handle sensitive data

Preferred Qualifications
  • CNC experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Can start immediately

Salary : Commensurate with experience
