As a **CHB Operations Associate **, you play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ imports move smoothly, compliantly, and on time. You will manage end‑to‑end customs brokerage operations for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, partnering closely with customers, carriers, government agencies, and internal teams.

**What You’ll Do**

You will take ownership of daily customs brokerage operations for assigned customers, including:

- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, responding to questions and providing timely, accurate shipment updates

- Prepare and process U.S. Customs entries and Partner Government Agency (PGA) filings, ensuring full regulatory compliance

- Open and manage entry files in alignment with defined KPIs and service standards

- Coordinate shipment clearance with freight forwarders, steamship lines, airlines, and container freight stations (CFS) to ensure timely release

- Track and trace inbound shipments from port or airport through final delivery

- Ensure all required documentation and entry packages are accurately uploaded into operating systems

- Complete customer billing, delivery orders, and required operational reports

- Maintain and update customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed

- Collaborate closely with teammates and cross‑functional partners to support coverage, cross‑training, and peak‑volume needs
