We collaborate in the most relevant aerospace & defence programs across more than ten countries, delivering value on a global scale with a onsite presence in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.
We are currently looking for experienced System Safety Engineers to join our international aerospace team across the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Perform and update system safety analyses for aircraft, systems, subsystems, and ground segments
  • Conduct safety assessments such as FHA, PSSA, SSA, FTA, FMEA, and PRA following ARP4761
  • Identify hazards, assess risks, and support definition of risk mitigation measures
  • Collaborate with design teams and system suppliers to ensure safety is integrated into system architectures
  • Contribute to safety documentation, reports, and certification activities in compliance with standards such as ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254, and MIL-STD-882E
  • Experience with autonomous systems or systems of systems will be considered a strong advantage.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in System Safety Engineering or a similar engineering role
  • Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Experience performing safety analyses for complex aerospace systems
  • Strong understanding of aeronautical system operations and safety considerations
  • Ability to work with project-specific methods and tools in international environments
  • Professional proficiency in English (Spanish and/or German are a plus )
