Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Boulder, CO. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding potential clients and their families through the admissions process, which includes managing inquiries, conducting assessments, maintaining communication, and collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams to assess client fit and program placement. This is an advocacy role, where you will be focused on ensuring underserved, systems involved families get the help and support they need - regardless of whether they enter Antelope's program or not.

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is between $60,000 and $75,000 per year and includes a full benefits package (health insurance, 401k, PTO). Final base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by years of experience, licensure, and role responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to clients and their families
- Customer Service and Sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Passion for mental health support and working with adolescents and their families
- Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred
