The Role

We are looking for a Corporate Wellness & Private Consulting Coordinator based in Los Angeles to support the delivery of Antahā’s work across two streams: corporate engagements with companies and leadership teams, and private consulting experiences for high-net-worth individuals.

You are not an assistant. You are a co-carrier of the work — the person who builds the bridge between Sitender’s teaching and the people and organisations it reaches. You understand the language of the corporate world without being defined by it. You know how to move in high-end environments without losing your groundedness. You grasp instinctively that this work does not unfold over months of programming — it lands in a single session, in a single moment of genuine contact. And your job is to create the conditions where that can happen.

What You Will Do

Corporate Wellness:

•	Coordinate and support the delivery of corporate wellness sessions, leadership immersions, and team experiences for LA-based companies

•	Liaise with HR, L&D, and executive teams — from initial inquiry through to post-session follow-up

•	Help adapt Antahā’s offerings for corporate contexts without diluting their essence

•	Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients for repeat and referral engagement

•	Represent Antahā in professional settings with confidence, clarity, and genuine warmth

Private Consulting Support:

•	Coordinate private consulting engagements for HNI clients — scheduling, onboarding, environment preparation, and follow-through

•	Be the first point of human contact for private clients — ensuring they feel genuinely held from the very first interaction

•	Identify participants at events or within the network who may benefit from deeper private engagement with Sitender

•	Support the arc of each private client’s experience with care and discretion

Event & Experience Coordination:

•	Support the preparation and delivery of Antahā’s LA events — private dinners, intimate gatherings, and larger community experiences

•	Help prepare the environment — space, atmosphere, sensory elements — with intentionality

•	Manage participant experience from arrival through to closing

•	Coordinate logistics, communications, and team briefings

Growth & Network:

•	Actively build Antahā’s presence within LA’s corporate, wellness, and HNI networks

•	Identify and develop partnership opportunities with aligned organisations, venues, and communities

•	Represent Antahā at relevant events, conversations, and introductions

Who You Are

Essential:

•	Based in Los Angeles, with flexibility for occasional travel

•	Proven experience in corporate wellness, executive consulting support, or premium client relations

•	Deeply warm, grounded, and naturally at ease across diverse environments — from boardrooms to intimate gatherings

•	Fluent in the language of both the corporate world and the inner work world — you hold both without contradiction

•	Emotionally intelligent, professionally reliable, and genuinely self-aware

•	Comfortable in high-end environments — you carry yourself with quiet elegance

•	Aligned with Antahā’s philosophy — this is not a role for someone building a personal wellness brand or looking for their next certification. It is for someone who understands that real transformation is not accumulated. It is uncovered.

Preferred:

•	Background in wellness, executive coaching, mindfulness, or experiential design

•	Existing network within LA’s corporate, HNI, or wellness communities

•	Experience supporting international speakers, teachers, or consultants

•	Personal practice in meditation, somatic work, breathwork, or related modalities
