The Program Coordinator will join the Maternal and Child Health Initiatives (MCHI) team and support the expansion of current programming. This role focuses on supporting prenatal and parenting families with children under age three through resource navigation to local services and education on child development. The Program Coordinator will build and strengthen partnerships with healthcare organizations and community partners across the state, with an emphasis on Chicago’s West Side and South Side Neighborhoods, to maximize referrals to MCHI programs.

Key responsibilities include participating in internal and external meetings and community events, promoting MCHI program services in healthcare and community settings, and completing family intake assessments to support families in addressing immediate needs. **Knowledge, Skills And Experience**

- Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

- A combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience is directly related to the duties of the job.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community health programming or engagement, education, healthcare/public health, administration, or related field required; experience with project coordination preferred.

- Strong project coordination experience and organizational skills required.

- Flexibility to work on evenings and weekends, travel throughout Chicago likely.

The Data Architect I will be responsible for designing, creating, deploying and managing ETL jobs or other custom data applications\solutions. The projects will involve integrating data among EPIC, departmental repositories, research data, legacy and external repositories in the hospital’s hybrid (on-premises and cloud) data environment. This position will also be responsible for the administration of data analytics systems under the ownership of the Data Analytics & Reporting team.

- Design and implement ETL or other data integration solutions among EPIC Clarity, EPIC Clinical Data Warehouse, departmental repositories, research data, legacy and external repositories in the hospital’s hybrid and unified data platform.

- Develops custom data and analytics solutions to collect, manage, and distribute data including database design and programming, interface design and programming, and application development and implementation.
