Qualified candidates will have experience with software and/or systems development lifecycle, experience designing and implementing applications and solutions in an AWS cloud infrastructure, and an interest in learning and growing as part of a collaborative team.

Anakim Consulting Inc. is hiring a Junior level Software Engineer with experience applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to support an AWS enterprise cloud environment. Qualified candidates will have experience with software and/or systems development lifecycle, experience designing and implementing applications and solutions in an AWS cloud infrastructure, and an interest in learning and growing as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities Include
- Work as part of a dynamic DevSecOps team developing applications and supporting migration of physical and on-prem infrastructure to AWS cloud.
- Interact with teammates to support development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with CI/CD tools such as GitLab Runners.
- Support DevOps infrastructure following IaC principles and best practices.
- Support team in developing and maintaining provisioning/deprovisioning, monitoring and auditing AWS cloud infrastructure using automation tools.
- Apply analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, as required.
- Use Ansible and similar configuration and automation tools to support automation.
- Demonstrate consistent interest in learning and applying new tools and technologies to leverage industry best practices and enhance productivity.
- Support Agile team and participate across iterative development lifecycle.
