This position has tactical account responsibility and ownership for the profitable revenue growth and market share penetration of the assigned customer accounts. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage the business indices for the assigned customer accounts
Act as project manager for all customer related billings and revenue activities
Submit customer RFQ's to Salesforce.com
Support NPI activities that includes but not limited to: material preparation, order request submission, quote preparation and submission to customer
Follow-up on deliverables with Amkor factories
Provide PO acknowledgement, confirm accuracy, PO tracking and ensure timely invoicing
Customer account set-up, respond to Pricing Issues within SAP on a daily basis and support any other special requirements as needed
Perform forecast and commit analysis, track Non-Recurring Expenses (NRE), Rebates and any other miscellaneous billing activities
Actively manage the inventory levels, provide updates to customers on current excess materials and drive timely resolution
Required Qualifications
Position requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/or industry background
Demonstrated experience with SAP or other ERP systems required
Prior experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM required
Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel with ability to use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize daily activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to details
Strong work ethic and flexibility to work with multiple teams, including other locations to support the business needs
Service orientated mindset and prior demonstrated customer interface experience
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working for multinational manufacturing organizations
Semiconductor/OSAT experience preferred
Familiarity with Lotus Notes is a plus
Location: San Jose, CA. This position has a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside near the local Amkor office.
