We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Technology Analyst to help execute and support the systems behind our marketing and sales data. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing tech, and analytics. You’ll help manage key tools, support data pipelines, and help turn messy data into something teams can actually use. **Responsibilities: **

Build & Maintain Data Infrastructure

- Support and maintain data pipelines across marketing, retail, and analytics platforms (APIs, ingestion, transformations)

- Help structure and maintain data in platforms like BigQuery and Fabric

- Create clean, reliable datasets for reporting and analysis

- Troubleshoot and fix pipeline issues and data inconsistencies

Manage MarTech Systems

**Qualifications: **

- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets

Marketing Technology Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Governance Analyst to clean, standardize, structure, and model data across the business. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting a reliable, scalable data foundation and semantic layer that supports reporting, decision-making, and AI tools. You’ll work closely with technical and business teams to help ensure data from multiple sources is consistent, structured, and usable — not just documented.

**Responsibilities: **

Build & Own Data Quality & Standardization, including the Semantic Layer

- Help build and maintain business-ready data models (fact/dimension tables, curated views)

- Support the standardization of key metrics (sales, traffic, inventory, marketing performance)

- Help maintain consistent reporting definitions and aligned datasets across teams

- Identify and help resolve inconsistencies across datasets (definitions, formats, hierarchies, naming conventions)

Support Data Structure in Microsoft Fabric

- Help organize data into clear layers (raw → clean → business-ready)

Enable Self-Serve & AI Use Cases

Partner on Data Systems

- Work closely with the MarTech Analyst and business stakeholders to support how data is modeled and exposed

- Support reporting by ensuring upstream data is clean, consistent, and reusable (not duplicated across dashboards)

**Qualifications: **

- Strong SQL skills and 2–4 years of experience working with data or analytics systems

- Experience supporting data modeling work (fact/dimension schemas, semantic layers, or analytics engineering)

- Experience with modern data platforms (Fabric, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)

Data Governance Analyst

We’re seeking a Sales Manager to manage our established socks and hosiery business and continue growing our national retail presence. They will work with our Vice President of Sales to execute strategies in an assortment of brands to grow sales. This role involves managing buyer and DMM relationships as well as working closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Design, Marketing, Production, and Sourcing.

**Responsibilities: **

- Develop and execute key growth sales plans required to achieve/beat financial targets

- Open new account opportunities for licensed brands

- Participate in account planning and strategy including revenue goals

- Run/Attend/Prepare/Strategize for all key account sales meetings

- Identify account opportunities and help set direction

- Present brand overview to all new accounts

- Assure assortments meet individual account business needs and expectations

- Shop key accounts and competition and regularly provide competitive samples

**Qualifications: **

- 5+ years of Sales experience

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Experience in selling to off-price, club, and/or specialty chain accounts; preferred

- Advanced Excel skills

- Experience in breaking new accounts and building buyer relationships

- Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate

- Excellent reporting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality

- Demonstrated and experienced in brand management

- Strong skillset in multitasking with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

- SAP experience is a plus
