We are seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep AmeriLux owned facilities. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and improvements to commercial and residential buildings and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all employees
Key Responsibilities
Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift.
Compensation: $20-30 / hour Based on experience and expertise

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep AmeriLux owned facilities. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and improvements to commercial and residential buildings and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all employees
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general facility maintenance and repairs across production, warehouse, and office areas
- Troubleshoot building systems and support preventative maintenance programs
- Assist with production equipment maintenance, equipment moves, and facility improvement projects
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting company safety initiatives
- Support general facility upkeep including grounds maintenance, snow removal, and coordination with outside vendors as needed

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
