What You’ll Do
Design and build digital publications and responsive email campaigns in HubSpot
Create forms and landing pages that support lead generation and engagement initiatives
Apply brand standards and UI/UX best practices across templates, layouts, and email experiences
Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimization across devices
Manage and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, list management, data hygiene, reporting, and performance analysis
Support a high-volume environment across 30+ programs and multiple internal stakeholders
Partner with the Marketing Automation Specialist to enhance automation strategies and operational efficiency
Collaborate on campaign planning, creative ideation, and digital engagement initiatives
Develop documentation, training, and support materials for HubSpot users and related tools
Help build scalable workflows and marketing operations processes that improve team effectiveness
What You Bring Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management
Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on HubSpot experience required, including Marketing Hub; experience with Operations Hub or Sales Hub is a plus
Experience with other MAP/ESP platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Pardot, Braze, or Adobe Campaign is a plus
HubSpot Inbound Certification required, with willingness to pursue additional certifications
Experience with Google Analytics, automation workflows, integrations, and emerging marketing technologies
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and interacting directly with stakeholders
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
Able to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute and support others
