In One Sentence
We are seeking a senior telecom transformation leader who can own large‑scale fiber and broadband programs end‑to‑end, act as a trusted C‑suite advisor, and drive complex BSS/OSS delivery with strong commercial, governance, and people leadership in a consulting‑led professional services environment.
What Will Your Job Look Like?
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale fiber and broadband transformation programs across advisory, implementation, migration, stabilization, and transition
  • Act as the senior executive owner for complex programs, accountable for delivery quality, financial performance, governance, and customer outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior customer stakeholders, shaping transformation roadmaps and long‑term strategy
  • Lead senior consulting and program leaders while building high‑performing, people‑centric delivery teams
  • Drive adoption of modern, AI‑enabled delivery practices to improve predictability, insight, and execution quality
  • Manage commercial performance within a Time & Materials professional services model, including utilization, scope, margin, and staffing mix

All You Need Is…
  • 10+ years of telecommunications experience, including Professional Services, consulting, or large‑scale transformation delivery
  • Proven leadership of fiber, broadband, or CSP modernization initiatives
  • Deep experience with BSS/OSS implementations, modernization, and large‑scale migrations
  • Executive presence with strong customer‑facing communication and governance skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in high‑change, ambiguous environments while balancing speed, rigor, and long‑term impact
