We source, manufacture, and deliver engineered fasteners, fabricated components, machined parts, and Class C supply programs for OEMs across HVAC, automotive, elevator, and industrial markets. Our operations include U.S.-based manufacturing, global sourcing, VMI, kitting, and 3PL services — all focused on reliability, speed, and cost control. About the Role: We’re seeking a sharp, motivated professional with 5–10 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or OEM supply. You’ll bring proven expertise in vendor development, strategic sourcing, and cost analysis, along with a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to translate data into decisive action. This role reports directly to the president and offers hybrid flexibility based in Muscle Shoals, AL. You’ll lead a team of procurement, sourcing, and material planning professionals dedicated to supplier performance, cost savings, inventory management, and long-term supply stability. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Procurement Leadership
Own the procurement strategy for direct materials
Align sourcing practices with corporate goals and operational needs
Analyze markets, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities to support strategic objectives
Supplier Development & Sourcing Strategy
Build, maintain, and expand high-performing supplier partnerships
Negotiate long-term supply agreements focused on cost, quality, and delivery
Identify and onboard competitive suppliers, including in low-cost regions
Apply total cost of ownership and risk analysis to vendor selection
Data-Driven Procurement Management
Leverage ERP and analytics tools to monitor procurement KPIs and supplier performance
Build reporting dashboards that highlight savings, inventory targets, efficiency, and risk mitigation opportunities
Ensure procurement decisions are supported by actionable data insights
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a team
Set clear KPIs, accountability, and development paths
Cultivate a culture of solutions, execution, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
5–10 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or OEM supplier environment
Strong background in direct materials sourcing— fasteners and Class C components experience a plus
Expertise in vendor development, negotiation, and cost analysis
Strong analytical and ERP skills, with ability to translate data into strategy
