The Scheduler Assistant will join a dynamic team dedicated ensuring the regulatory requirements and efficiently manages customer workload. This temporary position will provide vital administrative support to the team.
This is a hybrid role requiring 1 to 3 days on-site each week. The position is initially a six-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
Pay $20/hr
Responsibilities
Proficient in making outbound calls to customers and communicating scheduling details.
Experienced inhandling emergency calls, remaining calm, and providing clear instructions under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations and coordinate effective resolutions
