Company Description Alpha Lee Insurance is an independent, licensed agency dedicated to simplifying Medicare and health insurance to empower individuals to make confident coverage decisions. By comparing multiple carriers, we assist clients in finding the right Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plans. Additionally, we support individuals and families with ACA Marketplace plans, long-term care insurance, and life insurance solutions. Currently, Alpha Lee Insurance proudly serves clients across 10 states, providing personalized and expert guidance. Role Description This is a remote internship role for an Intern Assistant at Alpha Lee Insurance. The Intern Assistant will support daily operations including administrative tasks, data entry, research assistance, and documenting client interactions. The candidate will also assist in managing customer inquiries, maintaining organized records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth office workflows. Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in customer service
Ability to conduct market, industry, and insurance-related research effectively
Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Interest or experience in the insurance industry is a plus
