Role Description
This is a contract-to-hire role for a full-time Senior Consultant position. The position is located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. Travel of 50%+ may be required to the client site. Key responsibilities include providing expert consulting to clients, utilizing AI tools for project solutions, driving project planning and execution strategies, client training, and ensuring the successful implementation of the Foresight Works platform. The Senior Consultant will collaborate with owner/developer and construction firm stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications
- 5-10 year proven expertise in construction project planning and execution
- Technical proficiency with AI tools, scheduling platforms (P6), and project controls
- Strong consulting, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related fields preferred
- Capability to balance hybrid work schedules, with on-site and remote coordination
- MBA and management consulting experience a plus
