In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects. Your hands-on approach and proactive attitude will help ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare work sites by cleaning debris and organizing supplies, mainly in an outdoor mill environment
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
- Help with site cleanup and waste removal (sawdust & wood fragments) to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily objectives efficiently and on schedule
- Operate forklift
Qualifications
- Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn proper handling of tools and equipment
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team environment
- Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and practices is advantageous

- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.
- Ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism.
