What You'll Do
Develop, solve, and review advanced material science problems with real-world scientific relevance
Apply your expertise in semiconductor materials, molecular modeling, or related specialisms to design challenging, rigorous problem sets
Evaluate AI-generated solutions for scientific accuracy, depth, and reasoning quality
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model performance
Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and precision across all deliverables
Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
Master's or PhD in Material Science or a closely related discipline
Deep expertise in semiconductor materials, molecular modeling, or adjacent research areas
Comfortable coding in Python or MATLAB — research or project experience counts
Naturally detail-oriented with strong scientific communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand
No prior AI or machine learning experience required — full training support provided
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
Background in applied materials research, industry R&D, or academic publishing
Familiarity with AI tools or technical evaluation workflows
