What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and support leadership decisions
Connect clinical and administrative datasets to real-world healthcare outcomes, translating technical findings into clear, trusted insights
Ensure data quality and governance standards are upheld across all BI deliverables in regulated healthcare environments
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics outputs with organizational priorities and care delivery goals
Who You Are
Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
Proven ability to design, manage, and scale BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare settings
A confident team leader who can guide analysts and BI developers toward high-quality, impactful outputs
Detail-oriented, methodical, and capable of maintaining rigor across complex, multi-source data environments
Self-directed and reliable — you can own deliverables and drive outcomes without close supervision
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with AI model training workflows or human-in-the-loop data pipelines
Background working with large language models or AI research teams in a healthcare context
Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, dbt, or similar BI platforms
