What You'll Do
- Design and develop advanced chemistry problems with real-world scientific relevance across organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Solve and critically review complex problem sets to ensure scientific accuracy, rigor, and depth
- Apply your domain expertise to challenge and improve AI model reasoning on graduate-level chemistry concepts
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to refine outputs
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of clarity, precision, and scientific integrity
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Comfortable writing clearly and precisely about complex scientific concepts
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to scientific accuracy and rigour
- Experienced with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian, VASP, or similar software
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in research, scientific publishing, or academic instruction
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in chemistry
- Experience designing curriculum, problem sets, or technical assessments
