What You'll Do
Design and develop advanced chemistry problems with real-world scientific relevance across organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
Solve and critically review complex problem sets to ensure scientific accuracy, rigor, and depth
Apply your domain expertise to challenge and improve AI model reasoning on graduate-level chemistry concepts
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to refine outputs
Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of clarity, precision, and scientific integrity
Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
Comfortable writing clearly and precisely about complex scientific concepts
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to scientific accuracy and rigour
Experienced with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian, VASP, or similar software
Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Prior experience in data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in research, scientific publishing, or academic instruction
Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in chemistry
Experience designing curriculum, problem sets, or technical assessments
