What You'll Do
Design and develop advanced chemistry problems across organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry — with real-world scientific relevance
Solve and review complex problem sets, ensuring scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity
Apply your domain expertise to challenge and improve AI model reasoning in chemistry
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts
Evaluate AI-generated chemistry content and flag errors, gaps, or oversimplifications
Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of scientific rigor and communication
Who You Are
Hold a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian or VASP
Exceptionally clear written communicator — you can explain complex chemistry concisely
Detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach to problem-solving
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently and asynchronously
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or quality assessment workflows
Background in academic research, scientific publishing, or curriculum development
Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning concepts
Experience designing problem sets, exams, or instructional chemistry content
