What You'll Do
Develop and solve advanced chemistry problems spanning organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
Design complex, real-world problem statements that challenge and train AI reasoning capabilities
Review and evaluate AI-generated chemistry content for scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model performance
Ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of scientific rigor and precision
Who You Are
Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
Deep expertise in one or more of the following: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian or VASP
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on complex, technical tasks
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with AI-assisted research or machine learning concepts
Broad cross-disciplinary knowledge spanning multiple subfields of chemistry
Experience writing or reviewing scientific literature or technical documentation
