What You'll Do
Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, rigorous problem statements
Evaluate AI-generated biological reasoning for accuracy, depth, and scientific integrity
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI model performance
Ensure clarity, scientific rigor, and precision across all your contributions
Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Hold a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, etc.)
Deeply knowledgeable in one or more of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
Comfortable working with Python or R for research or data analysis
An exceptional communicator — clear, precise, and thorough in both written and verbal form
Detail-oriented and methodical, with strong scientific judgment
Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning concepts as an end user
