Position OverviewThe Executive Director will lead corporate strategic growth, operations, and partnership development within the United States market. This remote leadership role focuses on scaling the digital ecosystem, expanding the B2B marketplace participant base, and enhancing institutional relationships within the industrial and secondary materials sectors. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive executive management experience and a demonstrated understanding of B2B digital platforms or industrial supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth: Design and execute regional business strategies to accelerate market penetration and platform adoption across the US.
  • Operations Management: Oversee regional functional workflows, financial allocations, and governance alignment with global corporate compliance frameworks.
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish commercial alliances with key industry participants, suppliers, and institutional associations.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor structural shifts in the industrial materials trade, regulatory developments, and technological advancements to identify commercial options.
  • Corporate Representation: Serve as the primary institutional representative for the organization at industry events, executive forums, and regulatory discussions within the United States.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 15 years of executive leadership experience, preferably within global commodities trade, B2B platforms, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Strong competency in managing remote corporate entities and cross-border operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic corporate structuring, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the United States.
  • Advanced negotiation, corporate communication, and institutional relationship-building capabilities.
