Job Summary: We are seeking an MSP Excellence CoE Lead to build and standardize governance processes for large managed service providers within the Strategic Provider Operations organization. This role will focus on SIAM governance, operational playbooks, SLA management, vendor governance, and scalable process documentation.Key Responsibilities:
- Build MSP governance frameworks, standards, and operating procedures
- Create governance playbooks, templates, and communication cadences
- Drive SLA tracking, vendor performance governance, and invoice workflows
- Support Sirion governance tool implementation and process maturity initiatives
- Partner with leadership to establish scalable governance practices
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong MSP/SIAM governance experience
- Experience creating governance playbooks and process documentation
- Knowledge of SLA management, vendor governance, and ITSM processes
- Experience with Sirion, GovernEx, or similar governance platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
Industry Experience:
- Enterprise MSP or outsourcing governance environments required
- IT operations, infrastructure, or application services experience preferred
- Retail experience is a plus, not mandatory
