Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration and optimization of powertrain control systems for engine and transmission applications
- Utilize ETAS, INCA, and other calibration tools for ECU tuning, data monitoring, and software flashing
- Analyze and validate calibration data to improve drivability, performance, fuel economy, and emissions
- Support development and testing of control algorithms using MATLAB, Simulink, and embedded C code
- Conduct vehicle and dyno testing under various operating conditions
- Troubleshoot calibration issues and collaborate with software, controls, and validation teams
- Ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in powertrain calibration or related automotive engineering role
- Strong knowledge of ETAS, INCA, and powertrain calibration tools
- Understanding of powertrain control systems
- Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and/or C code
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- Strong analytical, testing, and problem-solving skills
