This role involves handling candidate personal information and confidential hiring data. A background check is required before starting. Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones and hiring teams
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process professionally
Post and update job listings across multiple platforms and job boards
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Support onboarding coordination for newly hired employees
Prepare weekly recruiting activity reports for the talent acquisition team
No prior talent acquisition experience required — training provided
Must be authorized to work in the United States
