Support the sales team with lead tracking, follow-ups, and CRM updates
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations for the team
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and route to the appropriate rep
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Assist with scheduling sales calls and coordinating demos
Generate weekly sales activity and pipeline reports for management
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Must pass a pre-employment background check
No prior sales experience required — full training provided
Must be authorized to work in the United States
